Who we are
Still Here is operated by the seller of this store. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Questions go to our support address.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details. Because every item is made from a photo you supply, we also receive and store the photograph you upload and any names, dates or message text you ask us to reproduce.
We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your card details directly and returns only a confirmation and the last four digits.
We also collect usage data through cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel, which tells us which adverts led to visits and orders so we stop paying for adverts that do not work.
Your photographs
Your photograph is used to produce your order and for nothing else. We share it with the production partner who makes your item, and we delete it from our systems within 90 days of your order shipping. We do not use your photograph in advertising, on our website or on social media unless you separately and explicitly give us permission in writing.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), our production and shipping partners, our email provider, and our hosting provider. Some of these are outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our support address and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and checkout to work, and advertising cookies set by Meta to measure advert performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work correctly without the necessary ones.
