The registered business name, address and support email have not been set, so the sections below are incomplete. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_LEGAL_NAME, NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_ADDRESS, NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_COUNTRY and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL before running paid traffic. Meta and Stripe both check that a real, reachable seller stands behind the store.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are not able to accept orders from other countries yet.
How long it takes
Your proof arrives by email within about 48 hours of ordering. Production begins once you approve it and takes roughly 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on the destination.
The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you order, so approving quickly is the fastest way to get your item.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, email our support address and we will chase it or remake the order.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties or local taxes charged on delivery are set by your country and are your responsibility. They are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us before you approve your proof and we will correct it. Once an item has shipped to an address you supplied we cannot recover it.
