Set NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_LEGAL_NAME, NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_ADDRESS, NEXT_PUBLIC_MERCHANT_COUNTRY and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL before running paid traffic. Meta and Stripe both check that a real, reachable seller stands behind the store.
Agreement
These terms govern your purchase from Still Here, operated by the seller of this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Made to order
Every item is personalised and produced individually after you order. Nothing is made until you have approved a digital proof, which we send by email. If you do not respond to the proof within 14 days we will follow up once more before either producing the item as previewed or cancelling and refunding you.
Your photograph and the right to use it
By uploading a photograph you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce it solely to produce your order. We may decline any image that appears to infringe someone else's rights, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes charged on delivery, which are your responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.
What we do not promise
A personalised keepsake is reproduced from the photograph you supply. The finish depends on the resolution and lighting of that photograph, which is exactly why we send a proof first. Colours may vary slightly between a screen and a physical object.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
